Dear Randy,
Both Carol and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your
staff
for an outstanding job in replacing our tree!
The tree that was there had been dead for years and it needed to come down.
Considering it was right in our front yard, it did detract from our house.
After many hours of trying to pick the right tree, we came to the conclusion
that we wanted to go with a Japanese Zelkova tree.
You were able to find the tree for us and then placed the order and had to have
it shipped from Oregon.
After it arrived, you found that it didn’t meet your standards nor would it
meet ours being it was too small.
You then suggested that we look at Autumn Blaze Maple tree for our front yard…
By the next day right after work you met with us and had your crew start with
the replacement of the new tree.
When you came with the Mini back hoe and Bobcat skid loader over the grass we
thought this would be a real mess! We are so happy and pleased to say that you
didn’t even tear up one bit of grass seeing how you used the rubber tracks on
the machines. This means a lot to customers to know that you are going to
be professional and leave our yard looking even nicer than when you came and no
additional work was needed. It was easy to see you and your crew knew
what they were doing and did a first rate professional job.
The new tree looks great and both Carol and I could not be happier!

I received your invoice today for the landscaping job completed at my home on August 11th. Enclosed please find my check. Thank you for allowing me to pay with one check after job completion.
Thanks also for all the help, early response to my phone calls, and your patience. This was not a job I looked forward to, but I really enjoyed working with you and your young guys on site. I especially appreciated being able to be part of the planning and final details.
The results look fantastic. Now I need to hold up "my end of the bargain" with regular watering for several weeks. So far I have followed a morning and evening schedule. (I'm also watering over-seeding at the Depot Restoration site in DeForest). I hope that Mother Nature helps a bit in the coming week.
